Payment of an invoice, acceptance of a quotation, or completion of an online purchase constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website.

    You confirm that you are legally capable of entering binding contracts and will not use this website for unlawful purposes.
  2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
    We reserve the right to refuse service where permitted by law. Website content may be transmitted across networks; payment data is always encrypted.
  3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & VARIATIONS
    Tiles, stone, and bathroom products may vary in colour, shade, calibre, thickness, texture, finish, and pattern. Natural stone products contain inherent variations. Samples and images are indicative only. Batch consistency across multiple orders is not guaranteed. Installed goods are deemed accepted.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or timelier sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

  1. PRICING, QUOTES & PAYMENT
    Prices are inclusive of GST as stated. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required prior to release or delivery of goods.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  1. ORDERS & STOCK AVAILABILITY
    All orders are subject to stock availability. Special orders, custom-made, clearance, discontinued, or cut-to-size items cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered.
  2. DELIVERY, COLLECTION & RISK
    Delivery times are estimates only. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection. Goods must be inspected on receipt and issues reported within 48 hours.
  3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened stock items in original packaging. A restocking fee of 25% may apply. Installed or special-order items are non-returnable.
  4. INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY
    UDBK is a supply-only retailer. Installation must be performed by licensed tradespersons. Incorrect installation voids warranties.
  5. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
    Faults must be reported prior to installation. Evidence may be required. Remedies are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  6. WARRANTIES
    Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. Proof of licensed installation may be required. No additional warranties are provided beyond statutory guarantees.
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Liability is limited to the value of goods supplied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  8. RETENTION OF TITLE
    Ownership of goods remains with UDBK until full payment is received.
  9. STORAGE & UNCOLLECTED GOODS
    Goods not collected within 7 days may incur storage fees.
  10. FORCE MAJEURE
    We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
  11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS
    We are not responsible for third-party websites or tools.
  12. PRIVACY
    Personal information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
  13. PROHIBITED USES
    You must not misuse the website, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with security.
