Refund and Return Policy

Welcome to Urban Designs Bathroom & Kitchen, where your satisfaction is our priority.

Our Refund and Return Policy is designed to ensure a seamless and fair process for resolving any issues you may encounter with your bathroom and kitchen product purchases.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Products: If the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.

Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong item, size, or variation than what was ordered.

  1. Return Timeframe
    Initiation Period: Customers must initiate a return request within 30 days from the date of product delivery.

Return Approval: All return requests will be reviewed for eligibility and approved based on the provided information.

Return Shipping: The returned product must be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date the return request is approved.

  1. Return Process
    To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact our Customer Support at aftersales@udbk.com.au or 02 9630 4790 to request a return.

Customer will be provided a form which needs to be filled with relevant information, including order number, product details, reason for return, and any supporting evidence such as images of the product.

Await approval from our Customer Support.

Upon approval, securely package the item and ship it to 56/5 Gladstone Rd, Castle Hill, NSW 2154, Australia.

Fragile Item needs to be insured before delivery.

  1. Refund Process
    Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process a refund.

Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.

20% restocking fees will be charged for return of product to cover manufacturers handling charges.

Freight/Delivery will not be refunded.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are non-returnable:

Products that have been used, installed, or altered from their original condition or not in saleable condition.

Products with missing parts, accessories, or packaging.

Clearence Items, Special Orders, Custom-made Products, and Non-stocked Items cannot be accepted for return.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
    Damaged or Defective Products: We will cover the return shipping costs for incorrectly shipped products.

Change of Mind or Other Reasons: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.

  1. Cancellation Policy
    Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
